Key responsibilities

Data extraction and integration: Design, develop, and execute data extraction strategies from various source systems, such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise applications. Utilize the SAP Signavio on-premise extractor or cloud connectors to retrieve event log data.
Data transformation (ETL): Create and manage data pipelines and transformation rules within SAP Signavio Process Intelligence. Use SQL and the SAP Signavio Analytics Language (SIGNAL) to prepare event log and master data for process analysis.
Technical solution design: Analyze technical requirements and architect solutions that align with the business goals. This includes designing and building the process data model to support specific analysis scenarios.
Process analysis and visualization: Develop and deliver process mining investigations and dashboards to visualize process behavior, KPIs, and compliance issues. Perform root cause analysis and identify inefficiencies and process deviations using the Signavio toolset.
System integration: Integrate the Signavio suite with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Datasphere, and other systems via connectors and APIs to facilitate seamless data flow and process automation.
Technical support and maintenance: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues related to data connectivity and pipelines, and ensure the optimal performance of the Signavio solution.

Technical skills

Hands-on experience with the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite, with deep technical proficiency in Process Intelligence.
Database and ETL: Extensive experience with SQL for complex data transformation and analytics. Familiarity with ETL processes and database technologies is essential.
Good to have a strong technical understanding of SAP ERP systems (ECC, S/4HANA) and other source systems, including data structures and extraction methods.
Knowledge of data-related programming languages like Python or R is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Datasphere, and using APIs for system integration is preferred.
Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation for communicating complex data insights.
