- Associate or Professional level certification in Employee Central.
- 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
- 4+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules in a lead role.
- • Experience with EC Time-Off and Benefits implementation. (Very Important)
- • Experience with data migration for Employee Central.
