Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Strong functional understanding of SAP Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Field Service, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts
  • Experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with the rest of the SAP components such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP), Supply Chain (SCM), trade compliance (GTS) and Reporting/Analytics (BI)
  • Must worked on projects using Accelerated SAP methodology for implementations
  • Must have experience with SAP ECC Customer Service
