Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
SAP SD (Sales & Distribution):
- Configure and support Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including:
- Sales order processing
- Pricing, billing, delivery, and invoicing
- Output management and credit management
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver SD solutions.
SAP CS (Customer Service):
- Design and configure service processes such as:
- Service orders, notifications, repair processing
- Warranties and service contracts
- Equipment and serial number management
- Integrate CS with PM (Plant Maintenance), MM, and SD modules for seamless operations.
- Support resource-related billing (RRB) and field service operations.
Integration & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments (e.g., user exits, enhancements).
- Ensure proper integration with SAP FI, MM, and other logistics modules.
- Support integration with third-party tools (e.g., CRM or FSM systems).
Testing, Documentation & Support:
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support and conduct root cause analysis for incidents.
- Create configuration documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience.
- 2+ years of experience with SAP CS module.
- Strong understanding of equipment master, service notifications, and repair processing.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
