Sap SD Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize the SAP SD module according to business requirements and best practices.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to design and implement solutions for order-to-cash processes.
• Support the integration of SAP SD with other modules like MM (Material Management), FICO (Finance and Controlling), and WM (Warehouse Management).
• Perform requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis for SAP SD processes.
• Provide end-user training and support, ensuring they understand and can efficiently use the system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related issues, including order processing, delivery management, pricing, and billing.
• Participate in SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct system testing (unit, integration, user acceptance) and assist with data migration activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation on configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with business users to continuously improve the SAP SD processes and implement best practices.
• Provide post-implementation support and assist with the stabilization phase of projects.
