SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM)

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SPM and SM modules
• Implement and optimize service parts and service management processes
• Integrate SPM and SM modules with Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Ensure smooth end-to-end service operations across systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and operations
• Identify system gaps and implement improvements
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training
• Maintain documentation and ensure best practices are followed
