Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise ERP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in multi-country SAP S/4HANA implementations, RISE with SAP deployments, and end-to-end program delivery across complex, supply chain-intensive industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large enterprise ERP programs with 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years as SAP Transformation Program Manager
• Drive multi-country SAP S/4HANA transformation programs across APAC
• Lead ECC to S/4HANA migration initiatives including RISE with SAP deployments
• Manage Tier-1 System Integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, TCS, etc.)
• Oversee full program lifecycle including data migration, integration, testing, cutover, and hypercare
• Ensure governance across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics modules
• Work within SAP Activate agile/hybrid delivery models and cloud ERP operating frameworks

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven leadership in enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
• Hands-on experience with RISE with SAP
• Strong domain background in Food, Agriculture, FMCG Manufacturing, or other supply chain-intensive industries
• Deep functional and technical expertise across core SAP modules
• Strong understanding of cloud ERP operating models
• Experience managing global stakeholders and multi-country rollouts
