Job Description

Duties and responsibilities: 

The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP sales distribution to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

  • The candidate should have knowledge of SAP implementation methodology i.e. ASAP and Active Methodology.
  • Ability to configure OTC processes in S/4HANA and should have knowledge of simplification in SD module.
  • Deep knowledge of SD Enterprise structure, Business partner, FSCM-Credit management, SD Pricing and scenarios like 3rd party Sales, Intercompany, Stock Transfer, Consignment Sales, Returns, Debit, credit process and logistics execution.
  • Deep knowledge of Logistics information system (LIS).
  • Hands-on experience of data migration cockpit in S/4HANA.
  • Strong integration knowledge with MM, WM, PP FICO modules.
  • Ability to write RICEFW specifications for custom development. Experience on IDOC and third-party interfaces are also important.
  • Ability to lead OTC value stream in global implementation. Also, able to lead the SD Team in Implementations.
  • Design and testing of sales distribution module.
  • Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and training on SAP products to clients.
  • Acts as OTC lead with the client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree (Preferably in Business Administration).
  • Minimum 10 years of SAP SD configuration experience.
  • Must have at least four full lifecycle SAP implementation experience (Project Preparation thru Go-Live and Hyper care) and at least two full lifecycle S/4HANA greenfield implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Taxation and pricing.
  • Business knowledge and process design skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload.
  • Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Must be an effective problem solver.
  • Must be willing to travel in America when required.
  • Reading and understanding of ABAP code; preferred.
