SAP S/4HANA

Teamware Solutions is seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA Consultant/Developer to join our team, focusing on driving digital transformation through our SAP S/4HANA initiatives. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies within the SAP ecosystem, ensuring smooth operational processes, and actively contributing to critical business objectives by leveraging the full capabilities of SAP S/4HANA.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analysis & Design: Participate in business process analysis, gather requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications for SAP S/4HANA solutions. Design effective configurations and custom enhancements to meet business needs.
• Development & Configuration: Configure SAP S/4HANA modules according to business requirements. Develop custom objects, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements using ABAP (if technical) or other relevant SAP development tools.
• Implementation & Deployment: Support the full lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA implementations, including system setup, data migration, integration with other systems, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for issues within the SAP S/4HANA environment. Offer ongoing support, maintenance, and continuous improvement for existing functionalities.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of SAP S/4H4NA solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and solution designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, business users, project managers, and other SAP experts to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.
• Digital Integration: Explore and implement digital innovations and integrations within the SAP S/4HANA landscape, leveraging technologies like SAP Fiori for enhanced user experience and efficiency.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA functionalities, roadmaps, and industry best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, core functionalities, and best practices.
• Module/Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience in at least one or more SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM, QM) or strong technical skills in ABAP, Fiori/UI5, or SAP Cloud Platform integration.
• Implementation Lifecycle: Experience participating in full-cycle SAP implementations or significant enhancement projects.
• Analysis & Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with business users and technical teams. Ability to work collaboratively in a project-oriented environment.
• Digital Mindset: An understanding of how SAP S/4HANA supports digital transformation and a willingness to explore new SAP technologies and innovations.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP certifications are a plus.
