SAP S4 HANA Professional

Fusion Plus Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and skilled SAP S/4HANA Professional with a strong focus on SAP Basis leadership, particularly for upgrade and migration projects. In this pivotal role, you will lead complex SAP system transformations, ensuring the stability, performance, and seamless operation of our SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute SAP system upgrade and migration projects, specifically from EHP4 to EHP8 and beyond, with a strong focus on SAP Basis activities.
• Manage technical aspects of SAP S/4HANA conversions and non-Unicode to Unicode upgrades.
• Possess deep understanding and provide expert support in SAP Basis administration, including system installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Apply extensive knowledge of various Operating Systems (Linux, AIX) and Databases (SAP HANA, Oracle, DB2) relevant to SAP environments.
• Perform root cause analysis and effectively troubleshoot complex SAP Basis and system-level issues.
• Collaborate with functional teams, technical teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Total of 10+ years of experience in SAP, with 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP Basis.
• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration.
• At least 2 full-cycle project experiences in SAP Upgrade or Migration projects as a Consultant or Lead, OR strong demonstrable evidence of general senior Basis experience.

Skills Required:

• Expert-level proficiency in SAP Basis administration.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA upgrades, migrations, or conversions.
• Strong knowledge of Operating Systems such as Linux and AIX.
• Proficiency in managing and administering various Databases including SAP HANA, Oracle, and DB2.
• Demonstrated experience with non-Unicode to Unicode system conversions.
• Proven ability in root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex SAP system issues.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in an SAP Upgrade/Migration Project as a Technical Lead or Project Manager.
• Any relevant SAP Basis or migration certification (e.g., TADM70, HA250).
