SAP S/4 HANA Functional Lead Procure To Pay (P2P)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA P2P solutions.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze procurement processes, and recommend system enhancements.
• Provide functional expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management), Procurement, and Accounts Payable processes, including purchase requisitions, POs, GRN, and invoice management.
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and external SAP consultants to ensure solution alignment.
• Guide and mentor a team of SAP analysts and consultants in the P2P domain.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging SAP S/4HANA innovations and best practices.
• Support and coordinate user testing, training, and change management activities for P2P enhancements and rollouts.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal business disruption and system reliability.
• Stay informed on SAP S/4HANA product updates, and introduce new features or processes to enhance business efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience, with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations focused on P2P.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP MM, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Accounts Payable workflows.
• Strong understanding of integration points with SAP FI/CO, WM, and other modules.
• Proven track record of project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.
• SAP S/4HANA certification (MM or related modules) preferred.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud is a strong advantage.
