Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for SAP roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source qualified SAP professionals through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for SAP roles across modules such as S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, and ABAP.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified SAP candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
• Negotiate salary offers and manage the hiring process in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with SAP technologies, hiring trends, and market intelligence to attract top talent.
• Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and maintain engagement for future opportunities.
• Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
