Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize SAP QM module to align with business quality management processes.
- Implement quality planning, inspection processing, and quality control procedures.
- Manage inspection lot processing, quality notifications, and quality certificates.
- Integrate SAP QM with other modules such as MM, PP, PM, and SD.
- Gather and analyze business requirements; perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.
- Support testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide end-user training and documentation for SAP QM functionalities.
- Assist with SAP QM upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP QM processes and configuration
- Experience with quality planning, inspection, and quality control workflows
- Familiarity with integration of QM with MM, PP, PM, and other modules
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into SAP solutions
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA QM is an advantage
