Job Description
- SAP Implementation: Proactively participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, development, and support activities in SAP S/4HANA Project Systems.
- Business Analysis: Conduct business needs analysis, identify key challenges, and define To-Be processes aligned with client objectives.
- Solution Design: Define solution architecture, application requirements, and performance metrics to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Configuration & Integration: Configure SAP S/4HANA Project Systems module (WBS, Networks, Activities) and integrate with other SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, and external systems like Ariba, Concur, MDM, PI, and BW.
- Deployment & Transformation: Co-develop deployment strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans for large-scale ERP implementations and transformation initiatives.
- Testing & Validation: Perform unit testing and system integration testing to ensure solution quality and alignment with requirements.
- Client Engagement: Conduct client workshops, blueprinting sessions, training, and support cutover activities.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to efficiency and effectiveness initiatives.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Support team members, resolve issues, and contribute to proposal building, project delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Documentation & Reporting: Develop functional specifications, documentation, and provide insights using data for informed decision-making.
