Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP PS configuration and implementation
Proven success in multiple end-to-end SAP PS implementations and support projects

Lead the configuration and implementation of the SAP PS module, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices
Design and configure Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project networks for structured project planning
Manage project costing, budgeting, and settlement functionalities within SAP PS
Establish integration with key SAP modules:
FI/CO: Cost control and financial reporting
MM: Procurement of project-related materials
SD: Sales processing for project deliverables
HR: Resource management and assignment
Create detailed functional specifications for enhancements or custom developments
Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom solution delivery
Use Agile or Waterfall methodologies to manage SAP project lifecycles
Participate in and support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT)
Support go-live and post-implementation stabilization phases
Develop and maintain comprehensive user documentation and configuration guides
Integrate SAP PS with external project tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) if required
Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in SAP PS, S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori

SAP PS Configuration: Expert-level experience in WBS, networks, activities, progress tracking, cost/budget planning, and settlement
Integration Proficiency: Deep knowledge of PS integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, and HR
Functional Documentation: Skilled in writing clear functional specs for technical development
Lifecycle Methodologies: Experience with both Agile and Waterfall frameworks
S/4HANA Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA PS functionalities
SAP Fiori (Preferred): Experience using Fiori apps related to Project Systems
Testing & QA: Competent in defining and executing test scenarios
ABAP Collaboration: Work closely with developers for custom solution delivery
Data Migration (Basic): Understanding of PS-related data transfer

Strong grasp of project management principles and processes
Excellent understanding of cost control, budget management, and reporting
Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into system solutions
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Capable of working independently or in a distributed global team
Proficient in time and task management within structured project environments
