SAP PS Consultant

AMK Group, in collaboration with PwC, is seeking a skilled SAP PS Consultant to join our team of problem solvers. You'll be instrumental in helping clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution, with a specific focus on end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations within the Project Systems module. This role requires strong client-facing skills, a deep understanding of SAP PS configuration, and the ability to drive transformational change.

Key Responsibilities

• S/4HANA Implementation & Support: Proactively involve yourself in the end-to-end implementation of S/4HANA, specifically focusing on planning and executing Implementation, Rollout, Upgrade, Development, and Support activities within SAP Project Systems.
• Business Analysis & Solution Design:Conduct thorough business needs analysis and identify key business challenges with client teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients' desired business outcomes.
• Define the To-Be stage of processes, solution application requirements, and performance measurements.
• Co-develop deployment/enablement strategy, roadmap, and plan to achieve the To-Be stage effectively.
• Conduct deployment activities and measure the achievement of desired outcomes.
• SAP PS Configuration & Integration:Ability to configure S/4HANA Project Systems module (Project Definition, WBS, Networks, Activities) conforming to the client's standards and requirements.
• Integrate SAP PS with other S/4HANA modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD) and other SAP systems such as Ariba, Concur, MDM, PI, BW.
• Possess secondary skills in Project Costing, Project Result Analysis, and Settlement.
• Project Execution & Quality:Demonstrate capability in business process mapping, configuration, functional specification development, custom object unit testing, and system integration testing.
• Execute change for large-scale, multi-site ERP Implementations and other related transformational change efforts.
• Act to resolve issues that prevent the team from working effectively.
• Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement:Good in client-facing interactions, conducting client workshops, and design blueprinting sessions.
• Support pursuits teams with gaining access to tenders, building proposals, winning work, and delivering projects.
• Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
• Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.
• Mentorship & Development:Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
• Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

• SAP PS Experience: 3-5 years of experience in SAP Project Systems module.
• Implementation Experience: 3-4 full-cycle implementation experiences of mid-complexity.
• S/4HANA: Involvement in planning and executing SAP S/4HANA Implementation / Rollout / Upgrade / Development / Support activities in SAP Project Systems.
• Configuration: Ability to configure S/4HANA Project Systems module (PD, WBS, Networks Activities).
• Integration: Experience in integration with SAP FICO, MM, and SD.
• Secondary Skills: Project Costing, Project Result Analysis, and Settlement.
• Project Lifecycle: Capability in business process, configuration, functional specification development, custom object unit test, and system integration testing.
• Client Engagement: Good in client-facing interactions, conducting client workshops, design blueprinting, configuration, system build, training, and cutover.
