SAP Professional Services Project Delivery

• • Lead SAP Professional Services (PS/Project System) projects with end-to-end implementation and support.
• • Structure projects, define WBS elements, and manage milestone billing and time/expense tracking.
• • Plan costs, manage project accounting, and oversee resource planning and assignments.
• • Ensure integration with FICO, SD, and HR Time Management modules.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• • Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
• • Deliver solutions independently in a remote setup while maintaining strong communication.

Project Governance & Reporting

• • Track project progress, monitor costs, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
