SAP Professional

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PI/PO professional with strong expertise in integration technologies and hands-on experience in both SAP and non-SAP system integration. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of experience working on complex integration landscapes using SAP PI/PO, CPI, and related technologies. This role requires a blend of technical and functional understanding, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage production and crisis situations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support integration solutions using SAP PI/PO and CPI.
• Implement and manage interfaces connecting SAP, Non-SAP, Cloud, and Third-Party Applications.
• Work extensively with ESR, ID, SLD, and Monitoring components (preferably single stack Java).
• Configure and manage PI adapters – File, SFTP, Proxy, IDocs, RFC, REST, SOAP, OData, JMS, JDBC (synchronous & asynchronous).
• Develop and maintain complex message mappings, Java mappings, lookups, value mappings, UDFs, parameterized mappings, and ALE/SPROXY/SOA Manager setups.
• Analyze and resolve issues in production systems with effective root cause analysis.
• Manage patch upgrades, system maintenance, and Key Store (certificates/encryption) activities.
• Work with databases such as HANA, DB2, and MSSQL for administration and troubleshooting.
• Utilize Solution Manager for Root Cause Analysis, System Monitoring, and Application Lifecycle Management.
• Act as a SPOC during crisis, production releases, and outage situations, ensuring quick coordination and resolution.
• Maintain proactive engagement with peers and teams until issues are completely resolved.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5–6 years in SAP PI/PO and integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, and related components (ESR, ID, SLD).
• Proficiency in working with PI adapters (File, SFTP, REST, SOAP, etc.).
• Experience in message mapping, UDFs, and Java-based mappings.
• Good understanding of encryption and certificate management (Key Store).
• Exposure to HANA, DB2, MSSQL, and Solution Manager for system monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and lead during production issues.
