SAP PP/QM Lead – Pharma Domain

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Lead with strong expertise in Production Planning and Quality Management within the pharmaceutical or life sciences domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementations, integrations, and working in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP PP and QM modules
• Drive solution design, configuration, and deployment in SAP ECC/S/4HANA
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand manufacturing and quality processes
• Ensure seamless integration with external systems such as LIMS, Track & Trace, and weighing scales
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, WM, etc.) for end-to-end process alignment
• Ensure compliance with GxP and other regulatory standards
• Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities
• Provide leadership and guidance to functional teams and junior consultants

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15–18 years of SAP experience with strong focus on PP and QM modules
• Hands-on experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, batch management, and quality processes
• Experience with system integrations such as LIMS, Track & Trace, or shop floor systems
• Good understanding of GxP/regulatory environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformations
• Knowledge of compliance and validation processes
