Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
SAP PM Configuration & Support:
- Configure SAP PM for:
- Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance
- Work order management
- Maintenance notifications and task lists
- Equipment master and functional location structures
- Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and work execution processes.
Integration & Collaboration:
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM (materials), FI/CO (costing), and PP (production planning).
- Collaborate with maintenance, reliability, and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support the end-to-end maintenance cycle, from notification to work completion and cost settlement.
Project Delivery & Support:
- Participate in blueprinting, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and go-live.
- Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and user training.
- Create functional specifications for custom developments and reports.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Develop maintenance reports and KPIs for tracking asset performance.
- Ensure data quality, audit readiness, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of SAP PM experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation or major rollout.
- Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, work centers, equipment hierarchy, and measuring points.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance planning, costing, and settlement.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems.
