Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP PaPM models to support business profitability and performance analysis.
- Design and deliver solutions in SAP CO including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain business rules, functions, and logic within the SAP PaPM modeling framework.
- Integrate PaPM with SAP S/4HANA or ECC modules (FI, CO, BW) and non-SAP data sources.
- Perform data validation, testing, and debugging of PaPM models and reports.
- Provide user training and support during UAT and post-go-live phases.
- Contribute to project documentation, solution design, and ongoing support activities.
- Stay updated on SAP innovations and best practices related to PaPM and controlling.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Controlling (CO) and at least 1–2 years hands-on experience in SAP PaPM.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, cost allocations, and profitability analysis.
- Experience with SAP FICO, BW/4HANA, or S/4HANA is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in designing data models, rules, and functions in SAP PaPM.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA modeling, SQL scripting, and integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Certification in SAP FICO or PaPM.
- Experience in performance optimization and scenario modeling in SAP PaPM.
- Knowledge of SAP BPC, Group Reporting, or SAC Planning.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional project teams.
- Prior experience in consulting or large transformation projects.
