SAP OTC Analyst

Job Summary:

The SAP SD Consultant will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules. The role involves deep functional and technical expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA, integration with other SAP modules and external systems, and experience in complex project environments. The consultant will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of system enhancements, custom reports, and integration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support solutions in SAP SD ECC and S/4HANA
• Prepare and review functional specifications and design documents
• Collaborate with ABAP team to deliver WRICEF objects
• Integrate SAP SD with FI-MM and FI-CO modules
• Manage system migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA
• Handle condition contract management (CCM) and FSCM
• Interface portal sales, EDI orders, and 3PL systems with SAP
• Design and maintain custom reports in SAP
• Perform debugging and manage complex system enhancements
• Integrate SAP with external systems using IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, XML, and flat files
• Execute unit testing, system integration testing, and regression testing
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) workshops
• Deploy and design SAP Fiori applications
• Partner with business teams for requirement gathering and delivery
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams
• Work within IT project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2
• Ensure strong communication with internal stakeholders and project teams
