SAP OTC

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes within SAP SD
• Configure and optimize SAP IS-Media processes including billing and subscription management
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Support end-to-end order management, billing, and revenue processes
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives
• Perform system configuration, testing, and user training
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance and Supply Chain
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices
