Job Description

SAP MM Implementation and Support

  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM.

Business Process Analysis

  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.

Requirements Gathering

  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.

Solution Mapping and Development

  • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

MM Configuration and Testing

  • Design, customize, configure, and test MM.

Gap Analysis and Issue Resolution

  • Identify gaps, issues, and work-around solutions.

Client Liaison and Troubleshooting

  • Act as a liaison with the client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.

Change and Transport Management

  • Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues.

Documentation

  • Document functional designs, test cases, and results.

Proactive Enhancement Identification

  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.

Consulting Services

  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.

Business and Technical Liaison

  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

Training and User Support

  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.

Independent Work and Mentorship

  • Work self-directed and independently; may act as a subject matter mentor to more junior members.
