3. Service Entry Sheet

4. Checklist creation

5. Vendor payment track and follow up.

6. Down Payment request

7. BG Tracking

8. Budget Tracking Actual/Assigned/Committed

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor SAP systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations.
• Perform data entry, validation, and maintenance across SAP MM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and data governance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience working with SAP ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes and data flow within SAP.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred SAP Certifications:

• SAP Certified Application - MM
