A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Engage with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions.
Configure, customize, and maintain SAP Logistics Execution (LE) modules, including but not limited to, Warehouse Management (WM), Transportation (TR).
Design, configure and maintain integration with other modules like GTS, FI, SD, MM, APO, and PP.
Provide expertise in SAP best practices and advise on system optimizations and enhancements.
Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run.
Work with other functional leads in the IT team to ensure that the functional design and configuration in the areas of SAP Deliver align with SAP best practices.
Perform system integration activities, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP Deliver area and integrations.
Provide user training and support during project implementations and post-go-live phases.
Stay updated on SAP trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve processes and systems.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

7+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree or equivalent work experience.
Strong hands-on experience as an SAP Deliver Functional Analyst, with a focus on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
Experience with SAP upgrade and S/4HANA implementation.
Experience with Global rollouts.
Strong virtual communication skills, capable of interacting across all levels of Business and IT organizations.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
