SAP ISU CRM Functional

Key Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of hands on SAP CRM core configuration and project delivery experience with at least one SAP CRM project full implementation in the Utilities sector.
• Must have experience and strong awareness of SAP CRM to ISU middleware configuration. (BDOCS)
• Strong Knowledge of Business transaction configuration for example IR
• Knowledge of technical master data structure in CRM (business partner as well as utilities specific technical master data)
• Comprehensive understanding of the SAP WEB UI and UI component workbench.
• Must have knowledge of the following business processes with experience in the utilities arena
• Move in/Move out
• Payment Scheme
• Contract management
• Complaints
• Campaigns Management
• Experience with ERMS, SAP Gateway Fiori would be a plus
• Strong communication skills required: written, verbal, strong interpersonal skills and able to participate actively in project requirement discussions and business process analysis.
• Experience in performing impact assessments in the CRM area and writing lower level design specifications.
• Ability to work collaboratively across the different SAP work streams (functional and technical teams) and with the different stakeholders.
