SAP IBP_C2H

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Implementation & Configuration:

• Lead or support configuration and deployment of SAP IBP modules including:
• Demand Planning (DP)
• Supply Planning (Heuristics/Optimizer)
• Inventory Optimization
• S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
• Design and configure planning areas, key figures, time profiles, and planning levels.
• Set up integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and other systems via CPI-DS or SDI.

Business Collaboration & Analysis:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Conduct workshops with business teams across supply chain and demand planning functions.
• Build planning views using SAP Fiori and Excel-based planning tools.

Testing & Support:

• Execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support post-go-live activities, including hypercare and ongoing enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with SAP Support (OSS) if needed.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer:

• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Provide training to end-users and supply chain stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP SCM experience with at least 2 years of hands-on SAP IBP.
• Expertise in one or more of the following: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, or S&OP.
• Experience with CPI-DS or Smart Data Integration for master and transactional data flows.
• Strong understanding of planning operators, version management, and time series-based planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP IBP Excel Add-In.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP IBP Certification(s) preferred.
• Experience integrating IBP with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of analytics within SAP IBP (e.g., dashboards, alerts).
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
