Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and design SAP HR solutions covering modules like Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Recruitment.
  • Configure SAP HR components and perform system testing, data migration, and support during go-live.
  • Develop functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW).
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and training to end users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with Payroll, Finance, and other SAP modules.
  • Stay updated on SAP HR best practices and system upgrades (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors integration).
