SAP HCM Solution Architect

Job Summary Responsibilities :

• SAP HCM Time management, NPO Payroll, NPO Benefits
• Extensive expertise of custom/standard PCRs, SCHEMAS
• Expertise in NPO specific tables and their maintenance
• Experience in Solution design and development of customized solutions with help of ABAP HR
• Knowledge in Workday and the integrations to SAP would be beneficial
• Extensive knowledge on UNEVE function and the Entitlement Ids their maintenance/modification and creating custom entitlement IDs and the wage type mapping.
• Generate Payroll Calendars.
• Maintenance of Holiday Calendars and Generation of Work schedule rules
• Excellent customer handling skills.
• Ability to Manage Multiple accounts
