Job Description
- SAP HCM Time management, NPO Payroll, NPO Benefits
- Extensive expertise of custom/standard PCRs, SCHEMAS
- Expertise in NPO specific tables and their maintenance
- Experience in Solution design and development of customized solutions with help of ABAP HR
- Knowledge in Workday and the integrations to SAP would be beneficial
- Extensive knowledge on UNEVE function and the Entitlement Ids their maintenance/modification and creating custom entitlement IDs and the wage type mapping.
- Generate Payroll Calendars.
- Maintenance of Holiday Calendars and Generation of Work schedule rules
- Excellent customer handling skills.
- Ability to Manage Multiple accounts
