Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end international payroll processes across multiple countries
• Configure, support, and maintain SAP HR Payroll and Time Management modules
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll including deductions, benefits, and statutory compliance
• Manage employee time data, leave management, and attendance processing in SAP Time Management
• Work closely with HR and finance teams to integrate payroll with SAP FI/CO
• Troubleshoot payroll and time management issues and provide effective solutions
• Implement and support enhancements, process improvements, and system upgrades in Payroll and Time Management modules
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international payroll regulations
