SAP HCM On Premise ABAP

• Design, build, and configure SAP applications to support business processes and meet application requirements.
• Ensure smooth functioning of SAP MM systems and address any technical or functional issues.
• Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in team-based decision-making and contribute to project planning and execution.
• Engage with multiple teams to provide timely resolutions and support cross-functional integration.
• Contribute actively to the overall success of implementation, support, or enhancement projects.

Core Responsibilities:

• Proficient in SAP MM (Materials Management) with deep understanding of business processes and configurations.
• Design and configure SAP MM modules to meet client-specific requirements and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to SAP MM.
• Understand integration of MM with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, and FICO.
• Apply best practices for SAP MM implementation and ensure compliance with global standards.
• Provide input for SAP MM reporting and analytics to support business insights.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and inventory management processes.
• Experience in full-cycle SAP MM implementations is preferred.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and SAP analytics is a plus.
• Good to have experience in other SAP modules (SD, PP, FICO) to support cross-functional requirements.
