SAP HCM Functional

• Must have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the SAP HCM module on ECC and/or S/4HANA platforms.
• Should have worked on at least one full-cycle implementation and one support project on SAP S/4HANA.
• Capable of understanding business processes and mapping them effectively to SAP HCM in an S/4HANA environment.
• Responsible for direct client interactions, including requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
• Strong understanding of core SAP HCM processes such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll (as applicable).
• Experience in migration projects from ECC to S/4HANA in the context of SAP HCM is ideal.
• SAP Human Capital Management domain knowledge is considered an added advantage.
• Able to translate functional requirements into SAP configurations and deliver effective solutions aligned with business goals.
• Prepares documentation for system configurations, functional designs, and user training.

Good to Have:

• SAP HCM certification from SAP or authorized training partners.
• Exposure to SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HR solutions.
