Required Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience in SAP HCM Core
- Good knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)
- Understanding of infotypes, actions, and dynamic actions
- Experience in support and/or implementation projects
- Basic knowledge of Payroll and Time Management integration
- Good communication and stakeholder‑handling skills
Good to Have
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology
- Knowledge of S/4HANA HCM roadmap
- Experience in data migration and testing cycles
- Prior experience in global HR environments
