We are looking for a motivated SAP HCM Consultant to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates eager to start their career in SAP consulting and make a significant impact in the HR domain.

Responsibilities

• Conducting workshops and gathering business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configuring SAP HCM modules according to business needs.
• Assisting in the implementation and integration of SAP HCM solutions.
• Providing end-user training and support post-implementation.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP HCM applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes.
• Maintaining system documentation and training materials.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, and Payroll.
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices in the industry.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration and data management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and other relevant SAP tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
