SAP Group Reporting Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Group Reporting professional to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Consolidation processes, and business performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting for financial consolidation and reporting.
• Design and configure group reporting structures including consolidation units, financial statement versions, and reporting hierarchies.
• Collaborate with finance teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Maintain master data relevant to consolidation such as group chart of accounts, consolidation groups, and currency translation.
• Configure and manage data validation, intercompany eliminations, and reclassification rules.
• Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate group reporting processes.
• Support month-end and year-end group close activities.
• Conduct training and documentation for end-users and finance stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP and internal control requirements in consolidation reporting.

Required Qualifications Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8 - 11 years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 1-2 years in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation principles (IFRS/local GAAP).
• Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining SAP Group Reporting features (eg, consolidation monitor, data mapping, intercompany eliminations).
• Knowledge of SAP ACDOCU, ACDOCA, and Universal Journal concepts.
• Familiarity with data integration tools (eg, SAP BPC, BW/4HANA, Data Services) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
