Job Description

1. Strong experience business process application design, development and implementation in TIBCO AMX-BPM 

2. Should be able to provide TIBCO BPM solutions including Org Model, Case Data Models, Business services, processes, pageflows and case actions based on functions requirements. 

3. Integrate BPM solution with other enterprise frameworks including UI and web services to provide E2E solutions. 

4. Experience on SOAP, REST and web services in general 

5. Experience on TIBCO AMX BPM administration to package and deploy the BPM applications to different environments. 

6. Knowledge on TIBCO EMS, Unix and Oracle DB 

7. Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS 

8. Basic understanding of Java and Hibernate

9. Experience on Code versioning system - GIT 

10. Experience in TIBCO BPM upgrade from lower version to higher version - NICE TO HAVE 

11. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements to provide technical solutions 

and implement software features 

12. Collaborating with L1 support and Ability to give L3 support and resolve production support issues on the existing applications. 

13. Ability to prepare technical documentation 

14. Supporting the deployment, integration testing and system testing in all the Non-Production implementations. 

15. Supporting the production implementations from the developer standpoint, when needed.
