SAP Fiori Developer

Job Summary:

The SAP Fiori Developer is responsible for designing and developing responsive, user-friendly SAP Fiori applications. This role involves working closely with functional and technical teams to enhance the user experience by leveraging SAPUI5, OData services, and the SAP Fiori design guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5 framework
• Extend and enhance standard Fiori apps to meet business requirements
• Integrate Fiori apps with backend SAP systems using OData and RESTful services
• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants to translate requirements into technical designs
• Optimize application performance, usability, and responsiveness
• Troubleshoot and debug front-end and integration issues
• Follow SAP Fiori design guidelines and ensure a consistent user experience
• Work with ABAP developers to support OData service development and enhancement
• Maintain and document technical components, interfaces, and development standards
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and XML
• Strong knowledge of SAP Gateway and OData service integration
• Experience with SAP Web IDE, BAS (Business Application Studio), or VS Code
• Good understanding of MVC architecture and Fiori design principles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori Elements and Smart Controls
• Knowledge of ABAP for debugging and collaborating with backend teams
