Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Finance and Controlling processes
• Configure SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Controlling
• Support end-to-end financial processes such as Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, and Order to Cash
• Perform system enhancements, configuration changes, and issue resolutions
• Participate in full-cycle implementations, rollouts, and support projects
• Execute testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and work with technical teams for development
• Ensure integration between FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and HCM
• Work with stakeholders on month-end and year-end closing activities
• Support global business teams and provide production support as needed
• Prepare training documents and conduct user training sessions
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and audit requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide timely project updates

Skills Needed

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration
• In-depth understanding of GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders
• Good knowledge of integration with MM and SD modules
• Experience in tax configuration, foreign currency valuation, and financial reporting
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and work with ABAP teams
• Understanding of financial accounting processes, IFRS/GAAP principles, and month-end activities
• Experience with S/4HANA Finance is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
