SAP FICO Consultant (AP / AR / GL / Tax / Integration)

• Lead and manage SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Service Maintenance initiatives from requirement gathering through implementation and post-go-live support

• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to understand maintenance and service requirements and translate them into SAP PM solutions

• Analyze existing maintenance, service, and asset management processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization, optimization, and automation

• Configure and customize SAP PM and Service Maintenance functionalities, including equipment and functional location management, preventive and corrective maintenance, maintenance plans, task lists, notifications, work orders, and service orders

• Support integration with related SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FI/CO to ensure seamless end-to-end maintenance and service processes

• Manage and support data migration activities, including extraction, cleansing, validation, and loading of asset and maintenance data from legacy systems into SAP

• Provide functional support during testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and assist with cutover and post-implementation stabilization

• Deliver knowledge transfer, user training, and documentation to ensure successful adoption of SAP PM solutions
