Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
Understand business processes related to finance and controlling and translate them into SAP solutions using FICO Blaze.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and Asset Accounting.
Perform gap analysis and prepare detailed functional specifications for customizations and enhancements.
Support the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), deployment, and post-production support.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO modules.
Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of system and user documentation.
Participate in SAP upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand evolving requirements and implement solutions accordingly.

5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO module.
Proven experience with FICO Blaze or similar financial process automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of financial accounting processes, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, and controlling.
Experience in configuration of SAP FI sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting.
Knowledge of SAP CO sub-modules: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis.
Experience with SAP integration points with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
Ability to analyze and document business processes and prepare functional specs.
Experience in troubleshooting, support, and user training.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with SAP implementation lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
