Job Description
- 5+ years configuration experience and support of SAP Financial applications
- At least 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP Financial Applications
- MBA Finance/CPA/CA/ICWA/CMA preferred
- At least 8 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting business applications for Finance requirements especially applications in the SAP Domain (SAP ERP Finance and Controlling, SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, SAP BPC)
- Understanding of Integration of the SAP FICO module with other SAP modules and with external applications.
- Ability to influence business teams in the design of system solutions to business problems.
- Experience with SAP Finance solutions required.
- Successful track record in working on cross-functional, cross-team projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the business partners.
- Ability to create Process Flows diagram for the proposed business processes.
- Ability and inclination to learn new business processes and applications including other SAP Modules.
- Ability to set expectations, deliver user training, explain detailed technical concepts to peers, management, and business partners
- Ability to translate details into specific tasks needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem
- Proven ability to navigate the technology environment and work effectively with multiple groups around the globe
- Proficiency in use of MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
