Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Analysis: Collect and analyze business requirements for SAP FICO enhancement projects, change requests, and incidents.
- SAP FICO Configuration: Construct and configure SAP FICO functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO), to meet diverse business requirements.
- Process Optimization & Gap Analysis: Perform a comprehensive gap analysis to identify potential areas for optimizing and streamlining processes within the SAP FICO modules.
- Testing & Functional Specifications: Conduct thorough unit testing and develop detailed functional specifications to guarantee the precision and quality of SAP FICO solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain up-to-date documentation covering all aspects of SAP FICO implementations and configurations.
Required Skills:
Mandatory:
- Strong practical knowledge of SAP FICO.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional FICO modules: AP, AR, GL, Project Systems, Investment Management, Asset Accounting, Cost centers, Cost elements, Budgeting, Planning, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of Finance Systems Integrations and methods, i.e., IDocs.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance processes, principles, and optimal methodologies.
- Certification in SAP FICO ECC 6.0.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge or experience in New GL, document splitting, Business Partners.
- S/4HANA Certification.
