Job Description
- Overall SAP Experience: More than 8 years of total SAP experience.
- Relevant SAP Experience: At least 5 years of experience specifically spanning SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP LE.
- Supply Chain Execution (SCE): Strong functional expertise in this area.
- SAP Implementation: Proven experience in designing solutions and configuring SAP MM, FI, and SAP SD modules.
- Large-Scale Implementations: Experience implementing SAP in large, complex environments.
- SAP MM & SD Configuration: Strong configuration skills to support:
- Inventory management
- Transportation configuration
- Outbound deliveries to WMS
- Goods Receipt
- Customer/Supplier Returns
- Receiving
- ASN (Advance Shipping Notice)
- Supplier EDI
- 3PL (Third-Party Logistics)
- SAP Integration:
- Experience integrating SAP with EDI, Manhattan, and E-Commerce Platforms.
- Strong integration skills with SAP modules (SD, MM, FI) and external ERP systems.
- Strong SAP integration experience with WMS systems like Manhattan or other WMS systems is preferred.
- Functional Specifications: Hands-on experience gathering requirements and creating functional specifications.
- Methodologies: Proficiency with ASAP (Accelerated SAP) Waterfall and Agile methodologies is preferred.
- SDLC Process: Ability to navigate through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
- SAP ERP (ECC) Skills: Hands-on SAP ERP (ECC) skills with demonstrated experience in Procure To Pay, Sales and Distribution, and Logistics Execution modules.
- SAP MM/LE Configuration: Specific configuration knowledge in:
- Plant/STO (Stock Transport Order)
- Delivery
- Shipping and Transportation
- Handling Unit Management
- SAP SD Configuration: Specific configuration knowledge in:
- Sales Document types
- Item Categories
- Output determination
- Copy Control
- Schedule line categories
- Available to Promise (ATP)
- IDOC/XML/File integration
- Special Concepts: Knowledge of Free Goods, Bill of Materials, and Material Determination.
- Master Data: Experience with CMIR (Customer-Material Info Record), Customer Master, Material Master, and Pricing Master.
- ABAP & Debugging: Good understanding of ABAP and debugging.
- Integration Technologies: Very good high-level understanding of integration technologies such as SAP PO, APIGEE, etc.
Certifications & Leadership
- SAP Certification: Required in either Procure To Pay OR Supply Chain module.
- Team Leadership: Ability to define work processes and lead team members in successful implementation and ongoing execution is preferred.
- Development: Proven ability to develop individuals and teams.
Good to Have Skills
- FICO Module Knowledge: Understanding of the FICO module, Supply Planning, and integration with other modules in ECC.
- Integration Understanding: Strong knowledge of the integration between SAP SD and associated modules (MM/LE/Planning).
