Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP FICA solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and business workshops with utility stakeholders.
- Configure SAP Utilities FICA components, including:
- Business Partner
- Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA)
- Billing Document Flow
- Dispute & Dunning Management
- Payment Processing
- Integration with other SAP modules
- Collaborate with Technical, Basis, Integration, and PMO teams for seamless delivery.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and support cutover activities.
- Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Troubleshoot and provide expert support for FICA-related business processes.
