SAP EWM - Extended Warehouse Management

For Level C1/C2:

• Experience:Must have 4+ years of experience in SAP implementation with 1 implementation and 1 support project experience in SAP EWM Module (as primary skill).
• Master Data and Integration:Must have experience in creating master data, warehouse Org structure, and integration with S/4HANA.
• Functional Deliverables:Must have experience in preparing functional deliverables such as business blueprint documents, functional specifications, authorization matrices, training documents, etc.
• Communication Skills:Candidate should have decent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients from multiple geographies.
• Handling Units and Barcodes:Hands-on experience working on Handling Unit management and barcode configuration in SAP EWM.
• Interface Knowledge:Must have in-depth knowledge of implementing/supporting interfaces using RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web services, etc.
• Certification:SAP EWM certification (v9.4+) would be an added advantage.
• S/4HANA Experience:Must have hands-on experience working in SAP S/4HANA (1709 & onwards).

For Level C1/C2 (Additional Requirements):

• Experience:Must have 6+ years of experience in SAP implementation with 1 implementation and 1 support project experience in SAP EWM Module (as primary skill).
• Mobile Technologies:Experience in SAP Mobile Technologies using ITS for Radio Frequency Framework Solution Design.
• Master Data and Integration:Must have experience in creating master data, warehouse Org structure, and integration with S/4HANA.
• Process Automation:Must be aware of configuring PPFs, VAS, automatic bin replenishment, LOSC & POSC as key levers for process automation.
• Module Integration:Must have in-depth experience in setting up integration with MM, QM, PP & SD modules (in SAP ERP) for end-to-end process implementation.
• Communication Skills:Candidate should have decent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients from multiple geographies.
• Handling Units and Barcodes:Must have hands-on experience working on Handling Unit management and barcode configuration in SAP EWM.

For EWM Technical JD:

• Experience:4+ years in SAP Extended Warehouse Management Technical.
• Should have worked on at least 1 full life cycle implementation in SAP EWM Technical.
• Should have done Requirement Gathering/Business Blue Printing in SAP EWM Technical.
• Interface Development:Proficient experience in interface development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services).
• ABAP Development:ABAP objects development in SAP Modules such as EWM.
• SAP Methodologies:Application of OSS notes and SAP ASAP methodology.
• Development Principles:Principles of program documentation and techniques of systems analysis, design, and testing.
• Principles of report, screen, and form design, develop test data, and analyze problems.
• Programming Skills:Design, develop, and code difficult and complex programs for SAP EWM.
• Problem Solving:Recognize the critical elements of complex application problems, develop and evaluate data, determine solutions, and make logical recommendations.
• Communication Skills:Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
• Work Ethic and Collaboration:Work effectively and independently on assigned projects, train users.
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with administrators, technical and functional team members, and users.
• EWM Process Knowledge:Understanding of EWM Process Flow.
• Technical Skills (EWM ABAP):Experience in OO ABAP, ITS technology. Good experience in EWM ABAP (RF Screen, PPF, enhancements, CIF, EEWB, Monitor Enhancement). Knowledge in Warehouse monitor, Alerts.
• Solution Architecture:Conduct solution architecting workshops with business managers. Create detailed solution documentation and presentations and implement the solution using standard solutions in SAP.
• Client Interaction:Work with customer business teams and project teams effectively; Conduct requirement gathering workshops, map these into SAP.
