Job Description: SAP EWM Business Analyst

Experience: 12-16 years

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid

• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to drive change from a business perspective supporting adoption of new ways of working
• Strong experience in SAP EWM related business analysis or similar SAP logistics roles
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes
• Ability to clarify structure and document business requirements in a consistent way
• Experience acting as a bridge between business and IT supporting alignment and mutual understanding
• Strong documentation skills and experience maintaining process requirement or template documentation
• Ability to work across multiple sites and stakeholders in a global environment
• Structured and methodical way of working

Additional Competencies:

• Experience with backlog-based delivery or task management tools eg Azure DevOps or similar
• Experience with SAP Signavio for process modeling documentation or template related work
• Prior experience supporting SAP roll out or template-based programs
• Experience working with global or regional process templates
• Experience in coordination or PMO like support roles within IT programs
