Role Summary
- The Enterprise Architect will lead end to end architecture for regional migrations to STEP platform and eStore related initiatives Major systems in the platform include SAP S4Hana Salesforce IIB Informatica MDM and custom home grown applications analyze impact integration and transition
- This role needs understanding of the current business process including but not limited to customer order to cash finance and reporting flows and cloud architecture
Key Responsibilities
CRM ERP Architecture
Own enterprise level architecture for Salesforce and SAP S4HANA as part of regional and eStore migrations
Define target state interaction patterns including but not limited to
oCustomer account and contact mastering
oQuote to cash order to cash flows
oPricing invoicing and revenue recognition touchpoints
Ensure data consistency and ownership boundaries between Salesforce SAP S4HANA and downstream systems
Migration Architecture Strategy
Design and govern migration paths for CRM ERP and dependent applications including phased cutovers and coexistence strategies
Lead impact analysis for Salesforce and SAP S4HANA when migrating
oCountry specific systems
oeStore platforms and digital sales channels
Ensure business continuity for sales operations finance and reporting during migration waves including SAP backed analytics and dashboards
Integration Data Architecture
Define and govern integration patterns across
oSalesforce SAP S4HANA,eStore Salesforce,SAP Enterprise Data Platforms reporting eg BOBJ enterprise dashboards
Oversee data migration and reconciliation for
oCustomers products pricing orders and financial data
Ensure alignment with enterprise data models and source of truth principles
Enterprise Architecture Governance
Enforce EA standards canonical models and integration contracts for CRM and ERP domains
Review and approve Salesforce and SAP S4HANA solution designs through Architecture Review Boards ARB
Ensure migrated CRMERP assets are correctly registered owned and auditable in enterprise architecture repositories
Security Compliance Controls
Ensure Salesforce and SAP S4HANA migrations meet
oGDPR and EU regulatory requirements
oEnterprise security access control and audit standards
Define role based access data classification and segregation of duties across CRM and ERP platforms
Stakeholder Alignment
Partner with Sales Finance eCommerce Product and Regional IT leaders to align migration outcomes with business priorities
Act as the single architectural authority connecting business flows including but not limited to lead order cash report to technical execution.
Required Skills Experience
Core Experience
- 10 years in Enterprise Architecture Solution Architecture with large scale transformations
- Proven experience leading Salesforce and SAP ECC or S4HANA migration or transformation programs
- Experience with multi country or regional ERPCRM rollouts preferably in Europe
- Platform Domain Expertise
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud core CRM data models and integration patterns
- SAP S4HANA Finance order to cash concepts and integration with non SAP platforms
- Strong understanding of CRMERP integration master data management and financial controls
- Architecture Integration
- API led and event driven integration patterns
- Data migration reconciliation and cutover strategies
- Cloud and hybrid architectures Azure preferred
Nice to Have
- eCommerce eStore platform migrations integrated with Salesforce
- Experience with SAP BOBJ or enterprise reporting platforms consuming SAP data
- Prior involvement in audit heavy or compliance driven migrations
- Success Measures
- Zero disruption to sales billing and financial close during migration
- Salesforce and SAP S4HANA operating as cleanly integrated governed enterprise platforms post migration
- Reusable CRMERP migration patterns for future countries or acquisitions
