We are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Lead to oversee our SAP implementation projects in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP project delivery, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications

• 15-25 years of experience in SAP project delivery and management.
• Proven expertise in SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, and SAP SD.
• Strong understanding of business processes in various industries.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proficient in SAP implementation methodologies such as ASAP or Activate.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective SAP solutions.
